Konstantin Volokh Technion - Israel Institute of Technology Civil and Environmental Engineering Technion Haifa Israel 32000 Email: cvolokh@technion.ac.il Biographical Sketch: Dr. Volokh earned his Ph.D. from the Moscow Institute of Civil Engineering in 1991. He joined the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology as a postdoctoral fellow in 1994 and became a faculty member in 1999. Dr. Volokh’s research is primarily focused on understanding and modeling of nonlinear and failure processes in engineering and biological materials.
