Rm. 216-7B Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD USA 21005 Email: michael.d.coatney.civ.@mail.mil Biographical Sketch: Mr. Coatney is a Mechanical Engineer at the U.S. Army Research Laboratory at the Vehicle Technology Directorate. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University in May 2008, and is currently completing his Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Mr. Coatney was awarded a Career-Internship opportunity from the Army Materiel Command to work with the Vehicle Technology Directorate, and has since worked in the various areas including structureal analysis, modeling and simulation, and prognostics and diagnostics.
