He has 9 years of industrial experience following his PhD in polymer based Biomaterials research. At GE Plastics/ Sabic Innovative Plastics he was responsible for ABS process improvement and optimization. Prior, Subir was Product Design Specialist at GE, responsible for impact modified Polycarbonate/ Polyester blends product development from concept to commercialization. Dr. Debnath has a strong background in both polymerization and processing of polymers with styrene, acrylonitrile, and butadiene building blocks from the bench to scale-up. He currently heads the pilot plant team for highly visible projects in the SBR platform of the company. |
