Tom has been in the rubber industry for 38 years, previously working 20 years for Uniroyal Chemical in Naugatuck, Connecticut (USA), as Senior Research Scientist in the Chemicals and Polymers technical service group. Previous employers include Master Processing Corporation, Gates Engineering, Stowe Woodward and RM Roll Products. Tom has three patents and has published and presented numerous technical papers. He has a B.S. in Chemistry from Penn State University and a M.S. in Internet Business from Mercy College. He is a member of the American Chemical Society and the Rubber Division of the ACS, and is a past-Chairman of the Connecticut Rubber Group and a member of several Rubber Groups.
