He has extensive experience in the compounding, mixing, and processing of many varieties of rubber materials. In his current position, Kelley provides technical service and support for Zeon Chemicals L.P. In addition to his technical service responsibilities, Kelley conducts application development activities focused on new product introduction and commercialization. Kelley has authored a number of technical papers, along with a chapter dedicated to polyacrylate technology in the R.T. Vanderbilt Rubber Handbook. Kelley obtained his bachelor’s degree in chemistry in 1998 from the University of North Alabama. His previous roles have included the mixing and molding of precision sealing compounds and mill room operations management while working for IER Fujikura, Freudenberg-NOK, and Robins LLC. Kelley resides in southern Indiana along with his wife and three young children.
