Box 10 Deventer Netherlands 7400AA Email: gea.spijkerman@akzonobel.com Biographical Sketch: Gea Spijkerman is a Researcher at AkzoNobel Functional Chemicals and currently active as Section Head R&D Polymer Additives in the XTP (Crosslinking, Thermoset and Polymer Additives) department. After obtaining a Bachelor degree in Chemical Technology, she started work within AkzoNobel in 1989 in the Polymer Modification and Crosslinking area. After 8 years, she switched to the Polymerization Catalysts Department (7 years) and Powder Technology Department (3 years). Thereafter, she started in 2007 as Research Employee for XTP and was made Section Head of Polymer Additives research at the beginning of 2012.
