Aaron has significant experience in advanced tire material development, rubber compounding, tire design and industrial biotechnology. His work on silica tread compounding resulted in the commercialization and intellectual property protection of Goodyear’s TripleTred® technology in the passenger and light truck markets. Additionally, he was a principal in the conceptualization and partnering phases of the Goodyear/Genencor Bioisoprene® collaboration. Aaron is a change agent with a solid record of engaging others and creating dynamic teams with a high level of entrepreneurial spirit. He is a member of the Rubber Division of the American Chemical Society and the Society of Plastic Engineers. |
