Butyl Rubber Business Unit, Global Research & Development 999 Collip Circle Research Park London, ON Canada N6G 0J3 Biographical Sketch: Kathy Lambrinos obtained her Bachelor of Science(Hons.) from the University of Western Ontario, Canada in 1993. Kathy started her industrial career in the rubber industry at Cooper-Standard and held various technical positions in the reseach and the compounding of rubber. In 2004 Kathy joined Gates Corporation, as a Manufacturing Development Engineer supporting development and manufacturing in the automotive and industrial rubber products. Kathy joined LANXESS in 2010,Butyl Rubber Global R&D,as a research scientist with focus on Application Development .
