Eng. at the Faculty of Technology, Belgrade Universi-ty, Yugoslavia, and Ph.D. at the Strathclyde University, Glasgow. He worked in electrical industry for 12 years on problems of application of polymers in electrical insulation. From industry he moved to the Faculty of Technology, University of Novi Sad, Yugoslavia, where he taught Physical Chemistry of Polymers. He spent three years at the Polymer Science and Engineering Department, University of Massachusetts, at Amherst, working on different research projects. He is currently Director of the Kansas Polymer Research Center (KPRC) and Professor of Polymer Technology at Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, Kansas. He has published over 130 papers, 3 books, and has eleven patents. His special interests are polyurethanes, bio-based polymers, networks and gels, blends and polymer characterization. |
