He worked at Bayer Inc and LANXESS Inc in Sarnia, Ontario from 1998 to 2007, then with Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership in Plymouth, MI from 2007 to 2010. Presently, he is working for the Department of National Defence in the Quality Engineering Test Establishment (QETE), as a lead chemist in the elastomers area. He lives in Ottawa, Ontario with his wife and 3 children.
