Biographical Sketch:
I studied chemistry at ENSCBP Bordeaux, where I graduated as an engineering chemist in 1994. During my Ph.D, granted in 1998 from the University Bordeaux I, I worked on coordination polymerization, under the supervision of Henri Cramail and Alain Deffieux. After a one year postdoctoral position at University College of Dublin supervised by Dr. Wilhelm Risse, I was then hire as an assistant CNRS researcher at the University of Strasbourg in 1999 (Institut Charles Sadron to work with Dr Pierre Lutz) and became associate CNRS researcher in 2006 at the university of Bordeaux at “Laboratoire de Chimie des Polymères Organiques”. My current research interests are i) bioinspired polymerizations including cationic and organocatalyzed polymerizations, ii) enzymatic polymerizations.
