Gurvich is currently a Technical Fellow in area of structural analysis and integrity at the United Technologies Research Center. Mark’s specific research interests are mainly in composite materials and structures, elastomers and rubber, and probabilistic mechanics. He has more than 25 years of industrial and academic research reflected in over 110 publications including 70+ peer-reviewed papers, a book, and five issued or pending patents.
