Prior to founding Endurica, Dr. Mars worked for 18 years as a researcher focused on developing numerical and experimental approaches to rubber product evaluation. Dr. Mars is the current editor-in-chief of Rubber Chemistry and Technology, and a past editor of Tire Science and Technology.
