He has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech, and has been involved in elastomers, polymers, and additives for his entire 25 year career. He is the inventor or co-inventor in over ten patents. Tom has been at Advanced Composite Materials, LLC for ten years. Prior to working for Advanced Composite Materials, LLC he was Director of Research & Development, and then Director of Business Development for a number of polymer and elastomer companies. Tom lives currently in Greenville, SC.
