Stephen started his career with Associated Rubber Company in 1994 as custom rubber compounder in GA and later as QA and Technical Service Manager in TN. In 2000, he started with Columbian as a Mechanical Rubber Goods Specialist and later transitioned into his current position. Stephen received his bachelor degree in Chemistry from the University of West Georgia. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors whether its cultivating gardens, tending camp fires, or collecting sea shells.
