Thomas is the VP of Global Regulatory Affairs for West Pharmaceutical Services. Debbie joined the company in 2005 and is the primary contact with regulatory agencies, including U.S. FDA for both domestic and international matters. Debbie’s team supports West portfolio of products; medical devices, pharmaceutical and medical device components, Westar RS and RU processes; regulatory submissions include: 510(k)’s and Drug and Device Master Files. Previously employed at Air Products and Chemical, Inc., PA, Debbie has over 16 years experience in the medical gas industry, responsible for Quality Systems and Regulatory Compliance programs for pharmaceutical, hospital, food, electronic and industrial grade products. She also worked as an MHT at LV Hospital Center. Debbie is a graduate of Temple University where she earned a BA in CJ, and a Master’s in Government/Pol.Science with FDA as a specific area of concentration from Lehigh University. Debbie’s has many professional affiliations and memberships.
