He worked at Bayer Inc and LANXESS Inc in Sarnia, Ontario from 1998 to 2007, then with Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership in Plymouth, MI from 2007 to 2010. Since the fall of last year, he joined the Quality Engineering Test Establishment which is part of the National Defence of Canada, as a lead chemist in the elastomers area. He lives in Ottawa,Ontario with his wife and 3 children.
