Judy started her career with Bayer in 1998 as a Research Scientist in the Polybutadiene Technology department, then progressed to providing technical service to customers for a wide variety of synthetic rubber. In 2005 she moved from Canada to the US with LANXESS as the Supply Demand Manager and in 2008 she transitioned into her current position. Dr Douglas received her B.Sc. and Ph.D. from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. In her spare time, she enjoys field testing the C.O.R. of golf balls in South East TX.
