Began career in automotive Wire & Cable compounding and manufacturing, spending 3 years in that field. Gained significant experience in extrusion and mixing of XLPE, EVA, CSM, CR, and EPDM compounds for W&C. Transitioned to the custom mix side of the rubber industry spending 4 years there supporting customers, managing large-scale material discontinuations, and developing proprietary formulations..
