She was a Rubber Compounder and Process Chemist for 10 years at Polymerics Inc., a custom rubber mixing company. Then she spent 4 years as a Technical Service Representative at Sid Richardson Carbon and Energy. She has been a Technical Advisor at ARDL for the past year. She has compounding experience with a variety of different polymers and has experience processingonmills,banburies, and tilt mixers.
