He helped develop a proprietary cryogenic process for recycling scrap tires. Later, he helped develop a unique process for blending and chemically bonding recycled cryogenic rubber with recycled scrap plastic. This process is now patent pending around the world. Jim's company, manufactures, sells, and installs turnkey systems to cryogenically process scrap tires, and then blend the output with recycled post-industrial plastic to make XyCom, a fully recycled TPE.
