Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR)/carbon nanotube (CNT) nanocomposites were prepared by using liquid rubber/CNT composites as the master batch.  The effect of CNT loading on the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of the nanocomposites was investigated and compared with the composites without using master batch.  How reinforcemtn factor changed with the filler volume fraction was studied and compared with Halpin-Tsai model, Guth model, and Guth-Gold Model.
