Biographical Sketch: Will Mars has worked as a researcher in the tire industry for more than 17 years, developing numerical and experimental approaches to product evaluation. He is an Advanced Engineer in the Materials Physics group at Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., the Editor of Rubber Chemistry and Technology, and he has recently founded Endurica LLC. Endurica offers software for simulating fatigue failure in elastomers. Will recieved the Sparks-Thomas award in 2007. He earned his PhD from the University of Toledo, and his BSME from the U. of Akron.
