Biographical Sketch: Marvin was educated as a chemist majoring on Organic chemistry. He worked for ~27 years with a tire company in their research laboratory, for 2 ½ years in the rubber roofing division of that same company as their Sr. chemist, spent 3 years as the technical and R & D manager for a custom molder/ mixing company focusing on rubber roll covers and bridge and structural bearings.
In 1992 Marvin set up his own Research and Development facility that is still in existence today. A major focus, besides the usual development work with virgin materials, has been and still is, the recycling of rubber.
