Biographical Sketch: Dr. Michaeleen L. Pacholski is a Research Scientist in Analytical Sciences at the Dow Chemical Company. She has more than 16 years of experience in surface analysis using a variety of techniques including surface energy, X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy, and Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry. For the past 10 years she has been working closely with applications adhesion science and root cause failure analysis. Michaeleen holds a Ph. D. in Chemistry from Penn State.
