Biographical Sketch: Dr. Terry Dee Joined Polysar Rubber Corporation(now Lanxess), Sarnia Ontario, Canada in 1986. Held several positions between 1986-2008 in research and applications development whilst in Sarnia and Pittsburgh. In 2008 joined INDSPEC Chemical Corporation, Pittsburgh, Pa as manager of Rubber Chemicals and Resins.
