Biographical Sketch: Victor received his Ph.D. in 2002 in Physical Chemistry and Polymer Science from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. In 2003, he joined LANXESS Inc. (formerly BAYER Polymers) in Sarnia, Canada, where he had positions in the THERBAN (Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber) R&D as a Senior Research Chemist and as Supervisor of the Testing and Quality Control Manufacturing lab for the nitrile rubber plant. Currently, Victor is an Account Manager and Technical Specialist at LANXESS Corporation in Pittsburgh PA. He has several papers and patents related to improving the properties and performance of specialty elastomers. He is a member of the American Chemical Society-Polymer & Rubber divisions and the Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE.
