He manages product development and market development efforts for products recovered from scrap tire shred including black reinforcing agents. Bill worked most of his career at Monsanto/Flexsys where he held various engineering, customer support and management positions in manufacturing and marketing, covering North and South Americas. The last 17 years he has focused on marketing raw materials to the rubber industry with Flexsys and Delta-Energy. Bill has spoken at several international events. He has published several papers, technical brochures and co-authored a chapter called Short Fiber-Filled Rubber Composites in the Handbook of Elastomers. Bill holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an Executive MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
