He received a Bachelors degree and Postgraduaat in Chemistry from KHLeuven, Belgium. Dirk began his career with Exxon Chemical Europe Inc and worked on glass fiber reinforced polyproplylene. He has more than 20 years of experience in the rubber and plastics industry and his primary focus is tire technology for butyl polymers focusing mainly on the tire innerliner, sidewall and tread compounds, and on tire curing bladder applications. He is the primary contact for Butyl Polymers tire applications in the European, Middle East and Africa areas. |
