New Approach for Converting Recycled Tire Crumb Rubber into Mats

The EMS Rubber Bonding System consists of a new hot melt binder matrix coupled with an advanced continuous process technology. This system is designed to convert recycled tire crumb rubber into rubber mats via a continuous production. The Binder consists of a unique flexible Copolyester hot melt adhesive. This new binder is considered nonhazardous, non-toxic and emission free. Candidate feed stocks include Rubber chips, granules or powders. The continuous process technology allows for high production rates when compared to existing production technology.
